This year's "Stepping Out to Cure Scleroderma" walk is virtual again!
Our team story:
Jeff Hudson was diagnosed with an extremely aggressive form of scleroderma in May, 2015. Prior to his diagnosis, none of us had ever heard of the disease. After courageously battling scleroderma and undergoing various medical treatments and trials, Jeff passed away on July 27th, 2016. He wanted to tell people his story so he could raise awareness about this debilitating autoimmune disease. Now, we hope you can help to continue Jeff's mission to raise awareness about scleroderma so we can find a cure!
Ways to support our team:
WALK VIRTUALLY WITH US: If you would like to virtually walk with our team, please click on the “Join My Team” button to register. Feel free to do your walk anytime between June 29th (World Scleroderma Day) and July 10th. Unfortuantely the Hudsons will not be hosting a team walk this year due to travel plans to visit family in the UK.
When you walk, wear your favorite "Stepping Out to Cure Scleroderma" T-shirt (if you have one), or wear some teal/blue to show your support! Share pictures using the hashtags #SteppingOutToCureScleroderma #SteppingOutOregon and encourage your friends and family to learn more about scleroderma and donate to your fundraising page!
