I was diagnosed with systemic scleroderma and myalgia in July 2011. After my diagnosis, I started Jamie's Krew and have been an advocate for scleroderma since then. Along with family and friends, I have participated in seven Stepping Out to Cure Scleroderma walks. Jamie's Krew has raised just under $10,000 in cash donations in seven years. These donations help patients and their families with education and support groups, as well as public awareness, improve treatments and help fund research to some day discover the cause and find a cure. 

I invite you to be a scleroderma advocate! There are many ways to do so......

1. Join my team and walk with me on June 3rd

2. Make a donation in honor (or memory) of someone with scleroderma

3. Wear teal some day in June
