Emma is smart and silly, she is am amazing dancer, and she is my goddaughter. She also has systemic scleroderma, an autoimmune disorder that affects the skin and internal organs. ONE in a MILLION children have systemic scleroderma and more research needs to be done to help support finding a cure.
