"In Loving Memory" Contribution Page

Our hearts and prayers go out to the friends and family members of those affected by scleroderma. While annual memberships are always available and encouraged as a way to contribute financially to the Scleroderma Foundation's three-fold mission of Support, Education and Research,  We also acknowledge the overwhelming desire of many contributors to remember and honor those who have lost their fight to this life changing disease.

With a one time contribution of $25, you will recieve a customized commemorative digital plaque that will be posted on the wall below. Each plaque will include the name of your loved one, as well as the option for your own special personalized message at no additional cost. 

To secure your space on our wall, contributions can be made by downloading the Donation/Contribution Form and following the instructions listed for making an "In Loving Memory" donation.  In order to process orders for virtual plaques, please complete and mail  a Donation/Contribution Form to the Texas Bluebonnet Chapter.
