Making Impactful Change Through Wellness and Nutrition


Session Speaker: Heather Rose - Heather Rose Wellness

Join Wellness Coach Heather Blakeman in learning about making slight changes to your nutrition and cooking habits in order to make impactful changes to your wellness. Heather will be speaking about taking your nutrition back to the basics of micro/macronutrients, using food to conquer fatigue, and using eating to enhance your energy levels.  Helping Kids Cope When a Parent Lives with Chronic Illness

Session Speakers: Dr. Kristin Kilbourn - University of Colorado Denver
Victoria and Anna will also join us and share their personal stories of growing up in a home with a mom that battled scleroderma.

Parental illness can be frightening and confusing for children. Older children may find themselves caring for a parent. Dr. Kilbourn will go over some strategies to help your child stay healthy, secure, and grounded. Anna Seaman also joined us to share her story of loving and supporting her mom through scleorderma.
