8th Annual Rocky Mountain Chapter Patient Education Day We invite you to participate in our annual Patient Education Day on October 28, 2018 at UCHealth, Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO. This educational forum is for scleroderma patients, their caregivers, family, and friends. Learn more about many different aspects of the disease. Please proceed to the main hospital entrance where free valet parking will be available. The Conference Center is located adjacent to the valet station. To register by mail, print the 2018 Patient Education Day Flyer and return the bottom portion with your payment by October 19, 2018. Scholarships are available for those traveling from outside the Denver Metro area. Please complete the Chapter Scholarship Application-2018 PED and return it by October 12, 2018. Kids’ activities will be available during the Patient Education Day morning sessions for families who are also participating in the Kids Get Scleroderma Too! event on October 27, 2018.
