Saturday, September 25, 2021 Get Moving Again: Accessible Yoga, Breathing, and Improved Gut Health Arm yourself with some tools to help you live your best life! This session kicks off with a movement and breathing session led by Rachel Lando. Get moving through your fibrosis during this accessible yoga practice session. Dr. Laura Pace will follow with some tips on the power of food in wellness. Learn how to improve your gut health and why that is important to living your best life. Registration Link: https://bit.ly/3DSEeX5 Grin and Bear It - Strategies for Living With a Small Mouth During the first half of this session, Dr. Sandy Vojik will take attendees through some oral-facial physical therapy techniques aimed at regaining mobility. Dr. David Leader will then discuss strategies for good gum health. Doctors Kelli Gross and Erica Johnson will continue this session with a candid discussion about the impacts of scleroderma on sexual health. Dr. Jessica Farrell and Dr. JoAnna Harper will then discuss the role of medications in the treatment of scleroderma.
