Get Moving Again: Accessible Yoga, Breathing, and Improved Gut Health
10:00 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.

Arm yourself with some tools to help you live your best life! This session kicks off with a movement and breathing session led by Rachel Lando. Get moving through your fibrosis during this accessible yoga practice session. Dr. Laura Pace will follow with some tips on the power of food in wellness. Grin and Bear It - Strategies for Living With a Small Mouth
11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.

During the first half of this session, Dr. Sandy Vojik will take attendees through some oral-facial physical therapy techniques aimed at regaining mobility. Dr. David Leader will then discuss strategies for good gum health. Registration Link: https://bit.ly/3hac7cb

Things Your Doctor Never Told You: Sex, Drugs, and Other Taboo Topics
12:30 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.

Comedian Karen Vasquez will kick off the session with her own brand of scleroderma humor. Doctors Kelli Gross and Erica Johnson will continue this session with a candid discussion about the impacts of scleroderma on sexual health. Dr. Jessica Farrell and Dr. JoAnna Harper will then discuss the role of medications in the treatment of scleroderma.
