Making Impactful Change Through Wellness and Nutrition
Join Wellness Coach Heather Blakeman in learning about making slight changes to your nutrition and cooking habits in order to make impactful changes to your wellness. Heather will be speaking about taking your nutrition back to the basics of micro/macronutrients, using food to conquer fatigue, and using eating to enhance your energy levels. Older children may find themselves caring for a parent. Dr. Kilbourn will go over some strategies to help your child stay healthy, secure, and grounded. Anna Seaman also joined us to share her story of loving and supporting her mom through scleorderma. Anna's mom was diagnosed when she was six years old.
