7th Annual Patient Education Day

We are hosting an educational forum for scleroderma patients, their caregivers, family, and friends.  Learn more about many different aspects of the disease. New sessions this year include caregivers, juvenile scleroderma, naturopathy and palliative care. A special Q&A session will include a panel of doctors, patients and caregivers.

Please proceed to the main hospital entrance where free valet parking will be available. The Conference Center is located adjacent to the valet station. 

Scholarships are available for those traveling from outside the Denver Metro area.  Please complete the scholarship form and return it by September 18, 2017. These scholarships are made possible by a grant from the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation.
