This event is an excellent opportunity to raise money for research to find the cause and cure of scleroderma. 
It helps our chapter provide the necessary support resources and free educational forums for patients and families.

Donations

Our donation goal is $500 per participant. We will also be awarding prizes for those of you that secure the largest donations.  There are a couple of donation options:

1)    Ski-A-Thon Donation Rate

Secure a donation based on the amount of vertical feet you ski during the day.  Upon check-in, each participant will be provided with a Suunto Altimeter watch which calculates your vertical ascent and descent. Suggestion:  $1 per 1,000 vertical feet. The average skier will ski 15,000 – 20,000 feet in one day. As reference, each lift is equivalent to about 1,000 feet.

2)    Flat Donation Fee

You can secure a standard donation fee. Most people will donate $25 - $50

To make your fundraising easier, we have an online arrangement that can be set up on this website.  Or, checks can be written to the Scleroderma Foundation. All proceeds are applied to the Scleroderma Foundation.
