Scleroderma Educational Event presented by MedStar Georgetown University Hospital & National Scleroderma Foundation Mid-Atlantic Chapter

The National Scleroderma Foundation Mid-Atlantic Chapter, along with Medstar Georgetown University Hospital will present an education event. 

When: Saturday, September 21, 2024. Registration begins at 8:30a.m.; Event begins at 9 a.m.
Where: Medstar Georgetown University Hospital, Goldberg Auditorium. 

There will be no fee to attend; parking is free.
 
Speakers will include:
Dr. Virigina Steen will address Raynaud's effect on skin and joints, and muscle management.
Dr. Laura Hummers will speak on Scleroderma DI and nutrition.
Dr. Lauren Smith will speak on Scleroderma in the African American community
Dr. Matthew Lammi will address scleroderma and the lung PHG and ILD diagnosis and treatment
 

Check-in/registration is 8:30 a.m. with the program from 9 a.m - 1 p.m., which includes time for Q&A. A continental breakfast will be served.
